Forget Brexit, for in just over three weeks time York City supporters will be asked to crucially vote on Trexit, and the Trust exiting its current 25% shareholding in the club – and the early indications are it could be just as close!

Regular podcast presenters Simon Pattinson and Alan Brown certainly think so as they consider both sides of the argument, while trying to decide if the latest ‘golden share’ scheme will be sufficient to bring about an amicable settlement between the respective parties – major shareholder and football club chairman Jason McGill, and the Supporters’ Trust.

The lads also reflect on the latest weekend action as City’s defensive frailties once again cost them dearly in the game against Alfreton Town, before then turning their attention towards the recent unfortunate ‘Adriano Moke saga’.

Before they sign off, the duo also examine possible scenarios regarding the Minstermen’s ongoing play-off challenge, with just ten games and a couple of months of the season now remaining.
