Excellent supporters’ podcast ‘Shooting Towards The Shippo’ makes a timely appearance to consider all matters York City – and as usual there’s plenty to discuss!
Regular presenters Simon Pattinson and Alan Brown are once again left reflecting on yet more controversy and turmoil at Bootham Crescent following the sudden departure of the club’s popular SLO Phil Howden.
The duo also look back at the latest 1-1 home draw with Chorley, before then turning attention to this weekend’s arrival of neighbouring Harrogate Town for what is being comically dubbed as ‘El Crapico’ or the ‘Bettys Tea Shop Derby’.
And for some additional welcome light relief there’s a few more ‘Away Day’ memories kindly supplied by fellow City supporters, including another reference to a very well-known character!
