Altrincham have confirmed the appointment of 50-year-old Ken McKenna as manager following the recent departure of Graham Heathcote. The Robins have also signed midfielder Matt Somner on a month’s loan from Mansfield Town.

Hayes and Yeading United midfielder James Mulley has left the club after being unable to hold down a regular place in their side. Meanwhile, out-of-contract midfielder Jamie Hand is set to agree a new deal at Church Lane.

Seventeen-year-old striker Aaron King has returned to Rushden & Diamonds after being released by Liverpool. He originally moved to Anfield for an undisclosed fee but left one year into a two-year scholarship.

Histon striker Omer Riza is set to be out for between four and six weeks after tearing a hamstring in the recent victory against Altrincham. The 31-year-old has netted three goals in eight starts since arriving in the summer.

Eastbourne Borough midfielder Dan Brown has joined Ryman League Division One North side Harlow Town on a three-month loan deal.

Mansfield Town have completed the loan signing of 28-year-old defender Rhys Day from Oxford United until the beginning of January.

Darlington have signed Carlisle United midfielder Marc Bridge-Wilkinson on an initial one-month loan deal.
