York City’s youth-team goalkeeper Ryan Whitley has extended his loan stay at Whitby Town until the end of the season.
The eighteen-year-old prospect originally joined the Evo-Stik Premier League outfit in early November.
He enjoyed a first victory in their colours on New Year’s Day following a 3-1 triumph at second-in-the-table Workington Town.
York-born Whitley previously signed his first-ever professional contract with his hometown club in August.
Finally a Win🙌🏻 Done well to get the result against a team who was 16 games unbeaten and on a pitch that was awful🙈 But glad to have my first win for Whitby!⚽️🔵⚪️ @WhitbyTownFC
