The 32-year-old was released by Grimsby Town at the end of last season following over 450 career appearances during
spells also including Bradford City, Hull City, Scarborough and Lincoln City.
“Despite having interest from other clubs, this move seemed to be right for me,” Kerr told the Bradford Telegraph & Argus. “Since being released by Grimsby, it’s been a difficult time to try and find a new club.
“I still believe that I’m one of the best central midfielders in the Football Conference and hopefully my experience will help some of the younger players here,” he added. “I’ve joined the club to be successful and the minimum has to be pushing for a play-off spot.”
