York City assistant manager Darron Gee is looking for a more ruthless approach from his side at Wycombe Wanderers this weekend.

The two clubs undoubtedly come into the contest following vastly differing fortunes last time out, with York crashing 4-1 at home to Morecambe, while Wycombe claimed an impressive 1-0 success at former leaders Gillingham a couple of days later.
“The game last week hinged on some pivotal things but one thing it showed us again was that we have to be more ruthless,” Gee told BBC Radio York. “We’re not pressing any panic buttons, we believe in our ability. Once you start to panic it is a dangerous game.
“We know what it takes to stay in this division and be successful,” he added. “I saw their win over Gillingham and we know they’re very strong from midfield.”
