York City’s reserves are back in action this afternoon with a visit to Hartlepool United in Central League North.
The Minstermen slipped to a narrow 2-1 defeat at Bradford City in their latest fixture despite a second-half reply from defender Josh Law, who was recalled into their first-team last night.
They had previously collected four points from successive home games against Rotherham United (1-1) and Hartlepool (5-2).
Theo Wharton, Clovis Kamdjo and former United winger Connor Smith are all in line for selection.
Pools approach the contest having gone down 2-1 at home to Port Vale last week.
The game is being played at Victoria Park, with a 1.00pm kick-off.
