York City manager Martin Foyle believes that there are around half-a-dozen clubs still chasing two available play-off positions in the Blue Square Premier.

Foyle reckons that Stevenage Borough, Oxford United and Luton Town are virtual certainties to make the top three, with Rushden & Diamonds, Kettering Town, AFC Wimbledon, Mansfield Town, Crawley Town and York contesting the other two places.

“I`ve thought for a while that there will be two places to go for and I think Luton will be targeting the Championship now,” Foyle told The Press.

“It will be a big game when they go to Stevenage on April 3 and the top three are probably well away now.”
