York City Futsal’s weekend home meeting with Cambridge United Futsal has been postponed.

The game will now be arranged for a later date, with the Minstermen next due to visit bottom-of-the-table London Genesis for a key relegation encounter on 11th March.

Newcomers City are currently without a victory in their last eight Super League outings, those including a 3-0 defeat at Cambridge last month.

However, they’ve already hammered Genesis 5-0 earlier in the campaign, when Daniel Pedras scored a hat-trick alongside Miguel De Vicente and goalkeeper Martin Michels.

York’s had actually been the only league fixture scheduled for Sunday, with Birmingham due to host struggling Loughborough this evening until that was also postponed.

The remaining clubs are instead involved in weekend FA Cup action: London Helvecia v London Genesis; FC Salisbury v ProFutsal London Development; Reading Escolla v University of Nottingham; London United v London City; Loughborough v Oxford City Lions.
