York City’s Under-18s have received another home draw in the FA Youth Cup third qualifying round.
The Minstermites are to host Salford City during the week starting 16th October in what’s a fourth consecutive tie at Bootham Crescent.
York already defeated Tadcaster Albion 4-0 in the preliminary round of the competition – and then struck five goals without reply past Harrogate Town.
For their most recent challenge, substitute Ryan McNaughton scored twice alongside Ryan Edmondson as Steve Torpey’s charges eventually overcame Harrogate Railway Athletic 3-1.
