The quarter-final line-up in the FA Trophy is now confirmed following three midweek replays.

On Wednesday evening, Tranmere Rovers were triumphant 4-1 at National League South side Chelmsford City. Jake Kirby netted a brace for the visitors, with Ritchie Sutton and Mark Haines (OG) adding to it against substitute Elliott Buchanan’s volley.

Twenty-four hours earlier National League clubs Sutton United and Braintree Town both exited the competition.

The Minstermen’s forthcoming opponents Boreham Wood proved much too strong for Sutton while recording an emphatic 5-0 victory at Meadow Park. Kenny Davis scored twice for them alongside Angelo Balanta, Morgan Ferrier and Anthony Jeffrey.

Elsewhere, Isthmian League outfit Dulwich Hamlet crushed Braintree 5-2 with Ashley Carew (pen), Manny Parry (OG), Gavin Tomlin, Sanchez Ming and Jacob Erskine on target. The visitors replied courtesy of Jerome Okimo and Parry – this time at the right end.

FA Trophy Quarter-Final:

Dulwich Hamlet v Macclesfield Town
York City v Brackley Town
Boreham Wood v Lincoln City
Tranmere Rovers v Barrow

Ties scheduled for Saturday 25th February.
