Big-money signing Richard Brodie scored on his full debut as Crawley Town kept up the pressure on the leaders with a 2-0 win at Histon. The former York striker fired in from the edge of the area after Kyle McFadzean had earlier opened the scoring.

AFC Wimbledon are still the ones to watch following an easy 4-0 romp against Bath City at Kingsmeadow. Sammy Moore began the scoring and Ismail Yakubu, Christian Jolley and Danny Kedwell soon added to it.

Mansfield Town won 2-1 at Southport with Steven Istead and Lee Gregory on target. Steve Daly replied for the hosts close to the end.

Tamworth continue to prosper after a 2-1 home win over ten-man Grimsby Town. Alex Rodman and Kyle Perry did the damage before Alan Connell replied just prior to team-mate Darren Kempson being dismissed.

Andy Drury and George Pilkington scored the goals as Luton Town defeated Cambridge United 2-0 at Kenilworth Road.

Fleetwood Town came from behind to hammer visitors Kettering Town 4-1 at Highbury Stadium, despite having Jamie McGuire sent-off. Ian Craney and Magno Vieira both scored twice after Iyseden Christie had earned the visitors the lead.

Gateshead made sure Altrincham remained bottom of the table with a 2-0 success at the International Stadium, where Kris Gate and Jon Shaw were their scorers.

Jason Walker struck a hat-trick, including a penalty, and Danny Forrest also found the net as Barrow hammered Eastbourne Borough 4-0 at Holker Street.

Darlington recorded a welcome 3-0 home win against ten-man Forest Green Rovers, who had Lee Fowler dismissed late on. Chris Senior, Gavin Caines (OG) and substitute Jamie Chandler had earlier guaranteed they would return home pointless.

Kidderminster Harriers overcame ten-man Hayes & Yeading United 3-1 at Aggborough Stadium. Nick Wright, Chris McPhee and Callum Gittings were each on the scoresheet, with Adrian Patulea replying before later being sent-off for violent conduct.

Newport County secured an excellent 1-0 victory at Rushden & Diamonds to extend their unbeaten run to seven. Craig Reid’s sixth goal of the season proved enough for the visitors.
