York City completed a fourth successive victory with a 2-1 triumph against Bradford Park Avenue at Bootham Crescent.
Striker Jon Parkin and substitute Amari Morgan-Smith were both on target to secure a league double and move the hosts above their opponents and into the play-offs.
Leading marksman Parkin opened their account from an Aidan Connolly pass just before the interval, while Morgan-Smith forced in skipper Sean Newton’s cross to extend the advantage midway through the second-half.
Former York striker Adam Boyes claimed an injury-time consolation for the visitors after a slip from Hamza Bencherif.
