York to face Magpies

York City are to host Premier League Newcastle United in a pre-season friendly.

The Magpies visit Bootham Crescent on Wednesday 29th July, with a 7.45pm kick-off.

Adult entry price is set to £12 and allows fans to either sit or stand in any of the three home sections of the ground, while all concessions are £6 with same conditions applied.

The Minstermen already have pre-season trips to Darlington 1886 and FC Halifax Town arranged.
