Former York City midfielder Lee Bullock has agreed to continue in his role as assistant manager at Whitby Town next season.
The 36-year-old now operates as a centre-back and originally joined the Evo-Stik Premier outfit in July 2013 following earlier stays with Bradford City, Hartlepool United and Cardiff City.
Bullock totalled 202 appearances and scored 27 goals across a couple of spells with first club York after making his senior debut as a seventeen-year-old in an FA Cup second round tie at Wrexham in December 1998.
Having initially moved on loan to Cardiff in March 2004, he then secured a permanent £100,000 switch to South Wales three months later.
The Stockton-born playmaker later returned for a brief second period with the Minstermen in June 2012, notably starting their opening game back in the Football League against Wycombe Wanderers, before subsequent loans at Gateshead and Stockport County preceded his departure the following April.
